Orders are going to be delivered within 2 months from the moment purchase. Delivery is possible to any part of the world, except for russia and Belarus. All collected funds are going to be transferred to humanitarian aid. The resources will go to Ukrainian servicemen and women in need of medical assistance or rehabilitation. By donating, you contribute to saving their lives.

STEP 2. Then, choose the way of communication that suits you best:

STEP 3. Click on your preferred communication channel. It will redirect you to our private collection manager Viktoria.

STEP 4. Send us a message.

[!] When contacting us, please write I AM BUYING ART TO SUPPORT UKRAINE in the beginning of your text, as well as the * lot number/s of artwork/s you want to purchase. This will help us manage all sales more effectively. Please specify your name so that we know how to address you. Here is an example of how you can structure your first message to us:

I AM BUYING ART TO SUPPORT UKRAINE

Hi there! My name is Kateryna. I would like to purchase artworks 14 and 38.

STEP 5. Now you can choose your payment method. It is possible to pay via PayPal or SWIFT.

STEP 6. After we receive your payment, we would like to know your shipping details in order to send you the artwork/s you have purchased.

[!] Please note that the delivery costs are already included in artwork prices.

STEP 7. As soon as your parcel is sent and is on its way to you, we will notify you and provide you with a tracking number. Your item is going to be delivered within 2 months after the day of purchase.

We are aware this is not the quickest and simplest procedure. However, we do it in the following way in order to provide you with the highest level of privacy regarding your personal details.

Note that if any issues appear after your purchased items have been sent, it is best to communicate via the already established channel (chat). In case it is not possible, please write us an email at artsvitgallery@gmail.com.
